Mathilde Poncet

Mathilde spent five years working at France Télévisions and other French media outlets as a social media and video editor. During this time, she honed her skills in engaging audiences and creating content for social media. Her role involved balancing accurate journalism with social trends to make videos that really connected with followers. She also gained experience at Human Rights Watch in the multimedia department and worked with other international media outlets, which sparked her interest in covering global stories.

Convinced that visual storytelling is a powerful way to engage audiences, she went on to study motion design and graphics at Les Gobelins, a graphic design school in Paris. Today, she aims to combine her expertise in motion design and journalism to create unique and engaging content

Mathilde holds a Master's degree from the Journalism School of CELSA (Sorbonne University) and a Bachelor's degree in French Literature and English from Paris IV Sorbonne.
