Ally’s passion is helping individuals and organisations to develop and achieve, and she has a particular interest in working alongside organisations doing good and making a difference whether that is locally or on a wider scale. With nearly two decades of senior and executive management experience and over 15 years designing, delivering, and supporting learning, Ally has a diverse and comprehensive skills set that she uses for her client’s benefit enabling them to bring about positive outcomes, overcome challenges, and add value. Throughout her career, Ally has worked alongside hundreds of individuals and organisations providing tailored support for each individual journey with clients including non-profits and community organisations, local and health authorities, and the private sector.
